Hi! I’m Omar Z.

I was born and grew up along the coast of Peru. I am a photographer who first fell in love with street photography in Latin America. After traveling throughout Asia and North America I decided to expand my horizons to include portraits and wedding photography.

When I started as a street photographer I understood that life was much more beautiful in those simple day to day moments, that real emotions always outshine any pose in front of a camera. Wedding photography, for me, is another path that led me to the same place where I first fell in love with photography. A wedding is a place and time when emotions are almost palpable, where emotions can’t be faked, and is the perfect place for my camera and me.

“Omar was great and his partner makes a great assistant! My now husband and I really enjoyed Omar’s style as he mixes traditional photography with a more modern street style; making for some really spectacular and stunning photo’s. Mostly we enjoyed how much we were able to laugh and be ourselves while Omar captured our moments in the background..“

“We are so, so glad that we had Omar photograph our wedding! My husband and I are not very artistic people and had absolutely no idea what we wanted from pictures, but Omar came up with framing and creativity for the shots that we never would have come up with on our own. The final products were a perfect representation of the incredible love and sense of community we felt at our wedding; we can’t even start to pick favorites! He’s absolutely brilliant!.“

“Omar is fantastic! He exceeded all expectations in every respect, and I would recommend him to anyone and everyone in an instant. Thank you again for the incredibly important part you played in the most important day of my life.“
